Shipping Policy – United Kingdom

Delivery Details

We charge a flat rate of £5.99 for all orders delivered within the UK.

All orders are shipped via Evri Tracked Delivery and typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will issue a refund minus a £5 handling charge.


Redelivery Policy

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, you may choose to:

  • Pay for redelivery, or

  • Request a refund (minus shipping and handling charges)

We recommend using Evri’s tracking and safe place options to avoid missed deliveries.


Non-Delivery Claims

If you haven't received your order, please contact us within 21 days of your order date. Claims made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.


Returns & Guarantee

We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, email us at leigh@popupbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt

  • Email leigh@popupbeauty.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging

  • Keep all original packaging — we may need it for processing


 Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or has missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The external packaging

    • The courier label

    • The contents received

We cannot accept missing item claims without this information.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

We do not ship to the Channel Islands or P.O. Box addresses at this time.
